What jewelry stores offer layaway for engagement rings?
Me and my boyfriend want to get married , we want a store that offer layaway. I know that Robbin brothers does but they don’t have a good selection of rings there. i want to know if Jared the galleria of jewelry , or kay , offer layaway. I know that zales doesn’t.
Try a small private jeweler instea dof a chain. You will get better quality for your money and much better customer service. My jeweler has a payment plan option (though I have never used it) through the store that is kind of like credit/layaway.

I think all of them do. it probably consists of you opening a charge or credit account with the store. you may have a # of months to pay before they start charging you interest, so definitely get the balance paid off before that date. but that doesn’t work like layaway, they’ll let you walk right out of the store with the ring and you just pay as you go. with layaway you don’t get the item until it’s paid in full.

We had our wedding bands on layaway at Whitehall Jewelers, but they’re out of business now, so I guess that doesn’t help. However, you may want to try their sister store, Samuels. They may have the same policies since they used to be owned by the same company.

Mine is from Kay’s and they have a layaway. They also allow you to customize your ring more than most other places, like I did. Good luck!
