When I purchased my … When I purchased my Omega watch at Jared the salesperson was quick point out that a quality high end timepiece like the Omega comes with a lifetime battery replacement program (which I ended up having to pay for). What the salesperson didn’t mention is that Jared Jeweler’s does not service Omega watch batteries (as other jewelers do) and that they would need to send my watch “back to the factory for 2-3 months” to replace the battery.
