Buying GOOD jewelry tips?

    I’m looking to buy someone a pretty necklace for Christmas, but I’m not looking to spend the BIG bucks for it, I just can’t afford it. I want to keep it around/under $100.

    So, I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions or big stores that sell decent priced jewelry before I go and buy this one.

      u could go to cinderella in NYC for some nice jewelry.you could also go to macy.and another store is strawberry in NYC
