Is it ok to wear pearl jewellery for my south indian wedding over a kanjivaram sari?
I am getting married in the mangalorean south indian way. Is it ok to wear pearl necklaces, earrings and mangtika..with orange and bright pink kanjivaram sarees. Or is it necessary to wear gold.
Hey congratulations .Ancient tradition states that pearls symbolize tears.so i wouldnt suggest you starting off ur wedding on such a sad note.besides pearls will look very tacky with kanjivaram sarees.go in for sum beautifully crafted gold jewellery.if ur saree is very modern go in for modern gold patterns if not go traditional.watever u do.enjoy ur wedding..lots of luv steffi
