It looks like you are interested in making jewelry. I would head to your local craft store, like JoAnn fabrics, Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, etc. They will have supplies and directions to get you started. I would recommend starting small, until you find a craft that you truly enjoy. Personally, I like to make sun-catchers…and do cross stitch, and make wedding albums, and jewelry, I found all the supplies and directions at Hobby Lobby. I also make specialty cakes, Hobby Lobby has a great selection of pans and ideas.
Enjoy

I guess they buy separated parts and put it together, it`s very cheap, even the complete one.

Why dont you ask the sellers on ebay? im sure some of them would be happy to answer.
And any craft store carries kits and supplies for stuff like that.
The only craft store i can name is Michaels. I dont know any others.
EDIT:
im sure ebay itself is also a good place to find pieces to add to your crafts.

can you eat your bracelet if you get hungry?
just get a tootsie roll and hang it on an earring hook
or if you are daring string a few cadbury bars around your neck
