Would it be inappropriate to wear to school, if I wore a long-sleeved cardigan on top and wore Funky Jewelry with it?

No that would not be inappropriate at all! People at my school wear those all the time! In fact it looks super cute

I really want funky charms made, but by who? I have ideas of kitsh charms but is there factories who do this?
