If you are an Indian in America, what kind of wedding?
Author: admin
I’m from India but I’ve lived in America all my life. People in India have colorful weddings and the bride wears red and lots of gold jewelry usually and henna. People in the US wear white gowns and then have a reception.
I’m marrying a white guy and I’m Indian so what kind of wedding should I do? Can you think of ways to combine both our cultures?
Hi:
You should go to: http://members.tripod.com/~jennifer_polan/india/weddinglinks.html there are many articles, and experiences from other couples there.
If you can’t find what you look for there, we invite you to visit our own website at the end of March: http://www.newbrideusa.com
You will find specific bridal , wedding and commitment information and vendors accross USA, we will also have space for couples that want to upload and share their pictures with our wedding community.
We invite you to contact us at newbrideUSA@gmail.com with your name, event details and any other information that you consider necessary. We will ensure that we will help you to find everything necessary to make your wedding perfect!!
We look forward to informing you of our launch late March and having you and your fiancee as a happy and satisfied couple in our growing America’s Freshest Wedding Vendor Directory.

I am designing a website that will be a butterfly information site, as well as to sell butterfly products.
Jewelry. ornaments, clothing, windchimes, suncatchers, garden stones, anything that has a butterfly design is what I am looking for.
If you coud help, I would be very grateful,
Thanks, Marion
no.
I would like some suggestions on what to name my charity business. Here are the points about my business that are important in choosing the name:
–100% of profits from all sales will be donated to an eye hospital in south India
–jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets) will be made from semiprecious gemstone beads and silver and will be handcrafted by me.
Here are the ideas I have so far, but none of them satisfy me. I would like the name to be shorter and catchier. Let me know what you think of these or suggest others!
–Pretty Visions Jewelry
–Gift of Sight Jewelry
The naming of your business could be one of the most important decisions you will make. A name’s originality and legal availability will create a real asset value of its own, as it becomes marketed and gains market acceptance.
The name you choose will become the focal point of all the benefits and features that relate to your business. Customers will be able to find and refer others to it in the future.
Since any names that are suggested here may already be owned by another party, I wanted to go a different route…
I suggest either hiring a name creation firm or get together with your friends and/or family and throw a "name party" & have everyone bounce some ideas around. Compile a listing of names that you like the best. Once you have that list, do as much free research as you can before you delve into comprehensive research.
I listed some links where you can do some preliminary name checking. However, please be aware that this is merely scratching the surface of what’s out there.
Only comprehensive research will tell you if the name is truly available. But, these links are free & a great place to start, so I’d try them out first.
There are other sites that offer free searching capabilities in conjunction with their commercial services, so I’m not able to post those links due to the Yahoo! TOS. You’ll also want to check domain names & yellow pages, so simply do a search for "free domain name search" and "national yellowpages" and the appropriate links will pop up.
Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
I’m making a polyvore set. It’s going to be what I think Luna might have worn to Bill and Fleur’s wedding in the Deathly Hallows book. A bright sunflower yellow dress and shoes etc. But I haven’t found the right accessories or jewelry. Does anyone know of an online store that has cool Funky Jewelry that might work?
Thanks
I suggest going to Etsy.com. All their stuff is handmade by a bunch of different users. So whatever you choose, it will definitely be one of a kind.
bad management, little pay, no commissions, no computer training, not allowed to sell, etc. etc. etc.
My girlfriend worked at JBR and she hated it….there’s too many cut throats and BS involved…..get out while you can
